Joern Bodemann
President / CEO
Joern Bodemann started e-Spirit Company GmbH in 1999, together with Stefan Walgenbach. Since then the qualified computer scientist has run the company as managing director. With the renaming of the company to e-Spirit AG in 2007, Joern Bodemann took on the function of Chairman of the Board. His areas of responsibility include product and business development, and professional services as well as marketing and PR. Since 2011 Joern Bodemann is also CEO of e-Spirit Inc.
Robert Bredlau
COO North America
As COO North America of e-Spirit Inc. Robert is responsible for the daily operation of the company since 2011. At e-Spirit AG he is responsible for establishing and developing the strategic international markets since 2007. He is also the central contact for IT and market analysts worldwide.
Oliver Jaeger
Vice President Global Marketing & Communications
Since March 2009, Oliver Jaeger has been responsible for drawing up and implementation of the global e-Spirit marketing strategy. All internal and external communications activities, event management and partner marketing, are also anchored within his area of responsibility.
Stefan Walgenbach
Vice President Research & Development
Stefan Walgenbach started e-Spirit in 1999, together with Jörn Bodemann and from the outset has been in charge of FirstSpirit™ product development. As the Head of Research & Development, he is not only responsible for development, but also for quality assurance and documentation as well as internal data processing.

Knuth Waltenberg
Vice President Professional Services
Dipl.-Inform. Knuth Waltenberg has worked in e-Spirit's professional services department since August 2000, and in 2006 he became the head of department. In addition to professional services, his responsibilities also include project management, advising and training clients and partners, product management and the helpdesk.
