Jörn Bodemann started e-Spirit Company GmbH in 1999, together with Stefan Walgenbach. Since then the qualified computer scientist has run the company as managing director. With the renaming of the company to e-Spirit AG in 2007, Jörn Bodemann took on the function of Chairman of the Board. His areas of responsibility include product and business development, and professional services as well as marketing and PR.
Johannes Häusele complements e-Spirit's Managing Board since March 2010. In his new function as Chief Sales Officer Johannes is responsible for the complete sales department, including the regional sales offices as well as the divisions pre-sales, inside sales, telemarketing and partner management.
Since August 2007, Christoph Junge has been the Director of Finance and Legal Affairs at e-Spirit AG. In addition, the qualified industrial engineer is a Member of the Board of adesso AG, the parent company of e-Spirit, where he is responsible for finance, mergers & acquisitions and investor relations.

Since 2007, Robert Bredlau has been the Director of International Business Development at e-Spirit AG, and is responsible for establishing and developing the strategic international markets. In addition, he is the central contact for IT analysts and market analysts.
Stefan Walgenbach started e-Spirit in 1999, together with Jörn Bodemann and from the outset has been in charge of FirstSpirit™ product development. As the Head of Research & Development, he is not only responsible for development, but also for quality assurance and documentation as well as internal data processing.

Dipl.-Inform. Knuth Waltenberg has worked in e-Spirit's professional services department since August 2000, and in 2006 he became the head of department. In addition to professional services, his responsibilities also include project management, advising and training clients and partners, product management and the helpdesk.
Since March 2009, Oliver Jäger has been responsible for drawing up and implementation of the e-Spirit AG marketing strategy. All internal and external communications activities, including event management, are anchored within his area of responsibility.
