The e-Spirit partner world includes media agencies, integration partners, technology partners, hosting partners and resellers. The partners have all kinds of different tasks and roles within the partner network depending on their different orientations – for example, their portfolio of products and services, industry focus or technical specializations. With this diversity, clients always find precisely the right support, tailored to their respective projects and requirements.
The central aim of the e-Spirit partner program is to implement a common market strategy and to provide practical structures for the resulting client projects. The partner program is intended to ensure partners receive the right support, for example, in the form of training course, coaching, concept and architecture checks or project reviews, in order to satisfy this range of topics.
Apart from classification into partner categories, there are also three partner levels – they can be used by clients as a guideline and help them to select the right partners.
