e-Spirit Helpdesk

The e-Spirit helpdesk provides expert technical support to customers and partners covering any topic related to the FirstSpirit™ product. Our helpdesk is also the initial contact point for assistance with modules developed by external providers that have been acquired by e-Spirit.

  • Our helpdesk team members are all located at our Dortmund corporate headquarters.
  • Our helpdesk team members can provide assistance in either German or English
  • Support can be provided by our own employees 24x7 by request

Second- and third-level support by e-Spirit

Second-level support answers questions on getting started with and implementing projects based on FirstSpirit™.

Third-level support provides assistance at the developer level and can also be contacted through the helpdesk.

First-level support is provided either by our partners who are implementing projects on site at the customer, or it can also by request be provided directly by the appropriate departments in the customer's company.

Ticket system

e-Spirit provides alternate options for ticket submission:

Web application: Our customers and partners have access to our ticket system through a web application. This way questions can be sent directly to our helpdesk team for processing.

Contact HelpDesk

FirstSpirit™ administration interface: Alternately, tickets can be generated through the FirstSpirit™ administrative interface. Monitoring functions are integrated in the system to enable tracking of the processing status at all times.
