FirstSpirit™ enables very large and complex projects to be implemented. However, partners require appropriate product know-how for successful implementation. Our professional service department offers diverse services to ensure this is available quickly and in good time:
- Training courses: The necessary basic knowledge of all aspects of FirstSpirit™ can be quickly acquired - to this end, our standard training courses provide comprehensive introduction. If special knowledge is required for a client's project, for example, related to optional FirstSpirit™ modules, appropriate additional training courses can be booked. We are available to arrange individual dates for short-term training needs. Further information on the training content is available here .
- Coaching: After the training courses, we can seamlessly accompany our partners during the project implementation phase. Our consultants help the partners to choose the right architecture and implementation strategy and contribute their knowledge of special topics. They can also deal with your programmers' questions during the course of the project, either directly on site or over the phone. In this way, their know-how is consolidated and the project is steered in the right direction from the outset.
- Concept/Architecture check: If sufficient product knowledge already exists, partners can of course carry out projects completely independent of e-Spirit. However, we recommend that you get our consultants to check through your concepts before implementation. This small investment could save you a lot of money and problems during the course of the project.
- Project review: We are naturally also available for a review after a project has been completed. What went well? What aspects of our service and performance can be improved? Were the client's expectations fulfilled? Which functions were missing in FirstSpirit™ or could be improved? With the feedback acquired during this workshop we can further develop our products and services, because we want our partners to successfully implement many other projects with FirstSpirit™ and to enjoy using the software.
