The training is aimed at achieving "learning on the job" - the editors are solely trained in the tasks of the specific solution implemented for them, in which they will subsequently work independently. Under these real conditions, participants learn all the functions used - if features are irrelevant for the project, the editors are not unnecessarily trained in them.
Editor training courses can last from four hours up to two days - depending on the scale of the project and the desired extent for the training. Attendence is limited to 10 participants..
