FirstSpirit for corporate websites

With its diverse functions, FirstSpirit™ is predestined for the creation and maintenance of corporate websites on the Internet.

The online editors work specifically and efficiently with the respective suitable graphic user interface, editorial workflows can be conveniently modelled and therefore ensure optimum work results.

Apart from the ability to provide cross-linguistic information, powerful package management concepts can be used, especially for national sites, to use content, media, navigations or even templates as often as necessary.

In this way, FirstSpirit™ can use information provided once in different layouts, for example, for national brands.

In addition, editors can easily create and maintain multimedia elements. In this way, it is very easy to generate image maps or individual flash films in FirstSpirit™:

  • The editor uploads the picture for the image map into the FirstSpirit™ Media Store or selects an available picture from the existing media pool. They can then graphically describe the areas where they want to set a link, e.g. a circle, a rectangle or a polygon, with their mouse and deposit a link there.
  • For example, to generate Flash films, the editor can select the connected product database entries and therefore determine how many products are to be teased with which information in Flash.
  • Picture and video galleries can be conveniently maintained with FirstSpirit™ and displayed in individual layouts and functions for the website visitor.

FirstSpirit™ is also extremely well equipped architecturally for even the largest Internet sites:

  • The FirstSpirit™ editing system is strictly separated from the live system(s).
  • All content and the necessary data is - wherever possible - precalculated with specific statuses and delivered to the live systems.
  • Updates can relate to changes and dependencies. In this way, only that which has been changed is published immediately.
