The executive team:

Andreas Knoor, CPO

Based in Germany, Andreas Knoor is a member of the e-Spirit Executive Board and also serves as Chief Product Officer. Andreas joined e-Spirit in 2000, shortly after the company was founded. As Chief Product Officer he is responsible for product strategy and product development of FirstSpirit. In addition, he heads the Professional Services and Cloud Business divisions.

Before assuming his current role, he was COO of e-Spirit Inc. where he managed the company's North American activities.

Udo Straesser, CRO

Udo complements e-Spirit's Managing Board since February 2016. He is responsible for the global marketing and in his function as Chief Revenue Officer he leads the global sales activities, including account management, customer relationship management, sales engineering and business development as well as partner management.

Michael Gerard, CMO

Based in Boston, Michael has over 20 years of marketing and sales experience in the technology industry, with 10 of those years having been at IDC managing their CMO and Sales Advisory Practices. Michael is responsible for leading the global marketing strategy for e-Spirit. He is a sought after speaker and has presented at leading industry events, such as IDC’s annual Directions event, MIT Sloan School of Management's events, and Sales 2.0 conferences. He joined e-Spirit in early 2017.
