e-Spirit Named a Visionary in 2018 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management
e-Spirit improves position in the report compared to the previous year
e-Spirit, maker of the FirstSpirit Digital Experience Platform, today announced that it was named a Visionary in the 2018 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management. The annual report evaluates vendors in the web content management space. We feel that e-Spirit has made a clear leap forward in this year’s report and is currently classified as a Visionary due to its high implementation power. We believe the benefits that make e-Spirit a Visionary are:
- Microservices Architecture: The product’s microservices architecture, which enables fast development and deployments and provides the necessary agility via content-as-a-service (CaaS) to distribute content flexibly and in real time across all channels.
- A Focus on Marketers: The focus on the requirements of marketers, with many important capabilities such as personalization, campaign management and customer journey mapping.
- Interoperability: A high degree of interoperability with adjacent technologies, services and data sources.
"We are proud to be positioned in the Visionaries quadrant of the Magic Quadrant. We believe that this reaffirms that e-Spirit is a top vendor to work with and underpins the success of our vision and product strategy," said Udo Sträßer, CRO of e-Spirit. "We consider this recognition by Gartner as continued validation of e-Spirit’s ability to bring innovative CMS solutions to market. Combined with the significant increase in our development and new and intensified partnerships, we believe that we will continue to accelerate the pace of growth solidifying the FirstSpirit DXP as the global leading platform for omnichannel experience."
We feel that companies will learn more about CMS vendors and their position in the 2018 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management, and therefore, they can thus underpin their investment decisions by means of intensive, objective analyses.
