From basic training, to architecture checks, to post-launch reviews

Our partner support includes a range of services that make it easier to understand, use and train your customers in using our content management system. Depending on your needs, you can take advantage of the following:

  • Training: Our standard training courses provide comprehensive basic knowledge of all aspects of FirstSpirit. If you need special knowledge, say for a particular customer project, we can arrange additional training.
  • Coaching: After training, our service members can accompany you on-site during project implementation and are available to answer your programmers' questions, either remotely or face to face.
  • Concept/Architecture check: If you feel confident about your FirstSpirit product knowledge, you are welcome to carry out projects completely independently of e-Spirit. But we offer that our consultants look over your plans before implementation. It’s a small investment that could save you time and money during the course of the project.
  • Project review: Of course, we are also available for a review after a project has been completed. What went well? What aspects of our service and performance can be improved? Were the client's expectations met? What functions were missing or could be improved in FirstSpirit? With your feedback we can refine our products and services, because we want our partners to have a good experience with FirstSpirit and turn to us for their next CMS implementation.
