ANWR Realizes Flexible Multi-Site Management and Personalized User Experiences with e-Spirit

Leading European non-food retailer uses the FirstSpirit Digital Experience Platform to power 16 websites and a personalized merchant portal.

e-Spirit--maker of the FirstSpirit Digital Experience Platform (DXP)--today announced that new customer The ANWR Group will use its DXP to implement the company’s digital transformation. With a business volume of 8.7 billion euros, the retail group is one of the leading players in Europe. Using FirstSpirit, all 16 websites will be gradually brought together on one centralized interface from which all content will be managed. ANWR will use FirstSpirit CaaS (content-as-a-service) to deliver targeted and personalized content to all of its sites. To date, anwr.de and the dealer portal are using FirstSpirit.

The conceptual redesign of digital channels focused on retailers. The newly created, group-wide ANWR dealer portal brings numerous advantages, such as a closer connection to the group of companies, optimized communication between the dealers as well as a personalized range of products, services and industry news. Once logged in, traders have access to the personal user area. The central login can also be used on all other websites. Behind it is an interface from FirstSpirit to the SAP system C4C. The portal is individualized for each company and thus combines unique brand experiences with a consistent corporate image.

"Due to its CMS, FirstSpirit was clearly in the lead: it offers the best prerequisites for flexible multi-site management and personalized user experiences. With the powerful system in the back, we developed a 100 percent Mobile First approach. Appearance and usability create a complete overall impression and strengthen the feeling of togetherness within the purchasing network," said Stefan Häfele, Managing Director of the e-Spirit partner re-launch.

The ANWR Group is a cooperative group of companies. Around 5,500 independent companies in the footwear, sports and leather goods industry with more than 10,000 sales outlets as well as medium-sized associations use the Group's offer - nationally and internationally.
