Eppendorf Uses FirstSpirit for Innovative Customer Experiences

Eppendorf AG, a leading life sciences company, will deploy new content-driven websites using the FirstSpirit Digital Experience Platform from e-Spirit. Headquartered in Hamburg Germany, Eppendorf develops, produces and sells systems for use in laboratories worldwide including premium products for liquid handling, cell handling and sample handling. Example products include pipettes and automatic pipetting machines, dispensers, centrifuges and mixers, ultra-low temperature freezers, systems for cell manipulation as well as consumables such as reaction vessels and pipette tips. To further enhance the online experience for its demanding B2B customers, Eppendorf plans to implement a new infrastructure based on the FirstSpirit Cloud to manage all the content aspects of its customers’ digital experiences.
