Andreas Knoor promoted to Chief Product Officer, Bob Cellucci elevated to Vice President of North American Business Operations, and Patrick Coyne hired as Vice President of Sales North America to support growing demand for the FirstSpirit DXP.
e-Spirit, maker of the FirstSpirit Digital Experience Platform (DXP), has promoted Andreas Knoor to Chief Product Officer, elevated Bob Cellucci to Vice President of Business Operations and hired Patrick Coyne as Vice President of Sales for North America. e-Spirit has also recently added to its professional services team, and will be hiring additional sales executives and expanding operations in North America.
Demand for personalized, content-driven experiences in B2B and B2C markets, including retail, manufacturing and financial services, has led to increased need for digital experience solutions that improve customer experiences and increase customer loyalty.
