To help retailers deliver to a unified omnichannel experience to consumers, IBM now offers a simple way for clients to leverage partner technologies using the IBM Commerce Composer tool. As shown in the screen below, IBM Commerce Composer enables business users to dynamically manage the customer experience through reusable apps accessible in an app library. In this example, FirstSpirit content is being placed in a slot on an e-commerce page. This integration maintains all the benefit of using FirstSpirit together with WebSphere Commerce including multi-perspective preview.
