Laura Hnatow

is the Vice President of Marketing and E-commerce for Sea Bags, a Portland, Maine-based manufacturer and retailer of handcrafted tote bags and accessories from recycled sails. Prior to joining Sea Bags in 2014, Laura was the Ecommerce Channel Manager for manufacturer and marketer, Cuddledown and also enjoyed over 10 years at renowned cataloger, L.L.Bean in roles that included International Marketing, Advertising, Catalog Production and Ecommerce. She dipped her toe in the agency business as the Managing Director of Imago Creative, an advertising firm specializing in marketing to Baby Boomer Women. While at Imago, she was the Research Director for and contributed to the writing of the A.M.A. published book BOOM, Marketing to the Ultimate Power Consumer – The Baby Boomer Woman.

Laura holds a B.B.A. in International Business from Hofstra University and an M.B.A. with Marketing concentration from University of Southern Maine where she was also an adjunct marketing instructor. She is a Founding Advisory Board Member for the Women In Retail Leadership Circle, a national networking and educational organization for enterprise-level women in the retail industry. Laura is frequently tapped to speak on the topics of Multi-channel Marketing and Ecommerce for publishers that include Etail, National Retail Federation, NEMOA, and Napco Media.

Matt Rosenthal

Matt is a Director of Marketing at Pure Hockey, the nation's largest specialty hockey equipment retailer. Matt leads a team of marketing professionals focused on improving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, and also oversees all customer-facing marketing communications. Matt has specific experience leading initiatives relating to customer loyalty programs, brand management, and corporate strategy development.

Prior to joining Pure Hockey, Matt worked in the Analytics Consulting group at Harte Hanks, helping B2B and B2C businesses achieve smarter customer interactions. Matt holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Richmond, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Boston University's Questrom School of Business.

Josh Buckley

Josh Buckley is the Senior Director of Customer Marketing at PTC. As part of PTC’s Customer Success business, he leads PTC’s digital customer success strategy and programs. He joined PTC in 2016 as the leader for PTC’s services marketing organization.

Prior to PTC, Mr. Buckley spent 15 years in multiple leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. From 2008-2016 he led strategic marketing, global portfolio management, and commercial readiness for Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s Software Services division including software solutions for cloud computing, DevOps, Big Data, and information technology (IT) management. From 2001-2008, he led marketing, go-to-market programs and operations for consulting services in domains including security; application services; financial services, and e-commerce. He has won multiple leadership awards in marketing and business leadership.

Mr. Buckley holds a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from Bentley University. He has presented at multiple industry and technology conferences including events sponsored by the Technology Service Industry Association (TSIA), MassTLC, and Babson College.
